Low-Light 4x Super-Resolution (Fine-tuned RealESRNet)
Fine-tuned RealESRNet_x4plus (RRDBNet backbone) for joint denoising and 4x super-resolution of low-light images. Fine-tuned on 1105 paired LR/HR low-light images.
- Base model: RealESRNet_x4plus
- Training: MSE loss, AMP, cosine LR schedule, patch-based training (256x256), flip/rotation augmentation
- Validation PSNR (ckpt_best.pth): ~39.6 dB
- Public Test PSNR (ckpt_best.pth): ~39.54 dB (with TTA self-ensemble)
